Life can feel overwhelming at times — especially when you’re trying to keep going while carrying anxiety, stress, grief, or relationship difficulties.

You might be functioning on the outside, but struggling quietly underneath.

I’m Lynda Nolan, a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist.

I offer therapy in a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental environment where you can slow down, speak openly, and feel genuinely heard.

Therapy can help you make sense of what you’re feeling, understand what’s been building over time, and find a steadier way forward.

Where appropriate, I may include simple techniques such as breathwork — always guided by your comfort.

Sessions

Sessions are available in-person and online. Each session lasts 50 minutes. Fees are available on request.

Your First Session

Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step.

The first session is a gentle beginning where we explore what has brought you here and what you would like support with.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Many clients leave their first session feeling lighter, clearer, and less alone.
